SHIPPING POLICY

The standard ground mail service is shipped via Gojavas / BlueDart / Aramex / Ecom / IndiaPost. The orders which are placed before 1pm IST will be made for shipment on that current day itself (Packages will arrive within 3-5 business days). Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival date or time.

 

RETURN POLICY

DazelTM   does not accept returns if the product packing has been tempered with, opened or if the products have been used. If however, the packing is still intact and is in the same condition as it was when the customer has received the product, customer may contact us for a return.

Note: In case, the customer has received Defective / Damaged;

How long will the return process take?
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. 

How do I return a product?
If for any of our mistake the product has to be returned (like damaged in transportation or manufacturing defect) we will schedule a pickup using our logistics partner, and get it picked up at our cost. Please make sure the product is sealed properly.

If for any other exceptional reason to return request is accepted you will have to send the product to :-

REFUND

Once the return is received and inspected, our team will contact the customer to notify you that we have received returned item. We will also notify customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.

Note : Refund will only be done in case the customer has received has received Damaged / Defective / Wrong product, Refund will be processed through same mode within Two Days.

Time span of Refund: The process of a refund generally takes 5-7 working days.

Paid Through Debit / Credit card or Net banking – Customer will receive a full refund to credit or debit Card or net banking for the purchase price of the item after approval of damaged / defective / wrong product, the refund will be reflected to the account / card / wallet in 5-7 working days.

Paid through COD – The refund will be made through NEFT directly to customer’s bank account. For that customer need to provide their bank details which include the following information:

Bank Name

Bank Account Number

Branch

IFSC Code

Contact Number 

Late or Missing Refunds

CANCELLATIONS

You can also get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a cancellation request.

Please note that you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order or before it’s dispatched from our end.

Note:  Once the order has is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and also customer cannot claim for the refund.
